Default Running really rich after new manifold

Hey guys!

Bought a turbod mx5 last year and has been running great until my manifold kept cracking. So I've replaced it with a Kraken v2. The problem is now the car has 10 AFR on cold start and 12 when warm. According to my gauge anyway, shows different in Me221 (maybe needs calibrating?) Or my tune as a whole needs adjusting now?

Wouldnt even start today, pulled the plugs, and they're fouled. I passed mot with an exhaust leak advisory, can't seem to pinpoint where though, leak was much worse with the cracked mani but didn't run this bad! Ive attached a log of a short drive I did. Looking at getting some new plugs but would be good to know if all my sensors look ok beforehand so I dont just foul them again? Thanks chaps!
