Default Surging idle/motor cutout

Sup, I have a surging idle/motor cutout on my VVT swapped NA Miata running a MSPNP2. It has a AEM wideband. The car idles around 1800rpm and periodically the motor will cut out and RPMs will drop. The motor will then catch and it'll rev up again. This problem persists when the IACV is unplugged but the idle is just lower, around 1000rpm. I have been driving the car around fine with the IACV unplugged it idles good once warm but as previously stated the engine still cuts out.
I have the ECU set to closed loop idle.
I have attached my tune and an idle datalog. I had noticed that the TPS value would jump between 0 and -1 in Tunerstudio. I recalibrated the TPS but the problem persists. Notice how the TPS value jumps around in the datalog?
Weird. Thanks in advance
