Default Throttle Position causing speaker squeal

Have this really odd problem of a whiny noise being played through the speakers at roughly 40% TPS. What gives? I've double checked the wiring..

My headunitless stereo is mounted 8" away from my LC1 controller. I thought this may be contributing but the noise does not correlate at all with AFR readings. It very much correlates to throttle position. Any ideas? Im stumped!

Turned out to just be a pesky supercharger the PO installed.
