I'm no pro, but I have a '96 and an MS1. I'll share a few of my settings and you can compare them to what you have.

Thank you sixshoorter. Here is the update. Started the car today to drive to work (2 miles). No oil pressure! I thought this must be a gauge issue but than i can hear what sounds like a really loud lifter tick. So, I decide to limp home with my wife in tow to make sure everything is good. BTW, I had her bring the laptop to check the TS gauge but, that feature isn't available. As soon as i get out of the lot I get pressure back noise is gone as well. Let it sit for awhile and go out to start it again tonight same issue no oil pressure. I checked for leaks and couldn't fine any. Oil looks brand new. Has anyone every encounter anything like this before?

Yes.

It was the trash from tapping the pan stuck in the oil pump relief valve. It will give you intermittent pressure until it either seizes the valve or the engine or both. At least that's my experience.

What do you think would be the best way to troubleshoot this thing. My next step is to check the pressure manually.

Did you recently drill and tap the oil pan? If so the next step is to pull the motor and then the oil pan.

I didn't install the turbo. The answer is yes the turbo just got install last month and sat till last week while I got the new clutch on.

Update for anyone who might be interested. I installed a new oil filter last night and the oil pressure came back to normal.

That doesn't compute. $5 says it was either low on oil before the change or the problem comes back.
