Default White smoke & Unburned Gas

So I have had my car turbo'd for around 4 months now and loving it. It's a '00 running a DIYPNP and begi-S kit. It's running 9ish psi and I have it @ 11.3 AFR while above 6psi or so. I have tuned the spark map with the diy det cans and everything has been running really great, except for one thing. I always thought it was "normal" for a turbo car, but someone brought it to my attention that it is not. Whenever I step on it in boost, there's a good amount of white smoke that comes out that smells a strong stench of hydrocarbons. I have had no issues losing coolant, and it's certainly not the smell of it. It's most certainly gas (which I assumed normal) but there is quite a bit that comes out (a smokescreen behind the car when I get on it). My injectors are not fouled at all, the car runs fine, there isn't any ping, and no real performance issues....Is this normal?

No, not normal.

Is it bluish-white? That would be burning oil. You may have a problem with the turbo oil seals. You may need a restrictor in the oil feed line to the turbo. Etc.

Normally, a too-rich mixture causes black smoke. I have had one case where a super-rich mixture caused white smoke. That was on a Mercedes. The Bosch K-Jet fuel injection was running so rich that gasoline diluted the oil and the oil was burning off. You can check for that by smelling the oil . . . does it smell like gasoline? I don't think that's your issue though. I'd start with the turbo seals.
