Emilio has posted a bunch of header data somewhere that escapes me at the moment but I would imagine its relevant as flow is flow. (I think its in the 200hp N/A thread)

Cliffs: RB is the way to go for domestic OTS product.

I believe one of the other big-power rotrex guys is using a modified RB. The 2.375" OD secondary tubing was cut off and like a 2.75" or 3" secondary welded in its place to match the rest of the exhaust. I think I read that over on m.net? Dunno, its been a while since I've followed any of the rotrex builds.

What'd you buy, a Raceland or OBX or something?

Don't know what it is for sure because it came with the car. I remember hearing it was a cheap ebay header. It does look like the OBX 4-2-1 though.

In a moment of weakness I purchased a new C30-94 Rotrex. The compressor map just looks like a better match for the free flowing head/cams.

I was reluctant to add more HP. That's not what this car is about. It will end up in the upper 300's at the wheels. Torque should be 250ish at the wheels. I don't know if that's gonna kill reliability and drive ability. It should help those corner to corner drag races with the big power guys. Once the sequential goes in things are gonna be really sick.

Sorry if I missed it, but what bracket are you using?

I am running the older kraftworks one. I plan to shift over to a newer Jackson Racing version.

How will 250 torque be a problem? The sequential will definitely be amazing...

Do you have some inside info on the Jackson Racing kit that others don't? That thing is years overdue now...

People have bent rods on less.

It being supercharger torque should help though. GL.

No insider word on the JR kit other than knowing Oscar is working his tail off on other projects.

Aidandj, No issues with internals. Fully built motor. My comment about reliability was directed towards trans and diff. The valves have been taking a beating with the 8k redline. I'll back off that some with the bigger SC just to help buy more time between rebuilds.

put a wastegate on your intake piping if you have too much boost to keep it driving the way you want (and you can tune for it)

That's the plan for class rules etc.

Contact Track Dog Racing for an off the shelf c30-94 bracket. They have the best one I've seen, with good bracing.

Gotta call them, talk to Gary.
