Default auto to 5speed swap wont start

I have swapped my 2001 automatic to a 99 5speed gearbox. I installed a BTT1 ECU and bypassed starter interlock to get it to crank. Will crank but won't fire up. I am stumped on what it could be. I have wired everything based on a guy who did this before. But all trans tunnel wiring shouldn't affect engine from firing up I would think. Trans computer is out of car.
Any help would be appreciated need car running soon.

Could be a number of things, Check if you have spark while cranking, Check if you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on.

Fuel pump primes, getting spark, just had timing set and belt replaced 8k miles ago.

It's weird because it started right up right before I did the swap could the BTT1 ecu for a 2005 6 SPD be wrong?
