Default Boring the Engine?

I'm planning to build the engine with either Supertech or Weisco pistons 83.55m, rings matched to pistons, Manly h beam rods just outta curiousty would it have to be bored out or could I get by without it? (Sorry I don't know too much about cars but I'm trying to learn slowly)

The standard bore size is 83.0mm so yes, fitting larger pistons will require boring to suit.
Not a big deal, your machine shop will have it all covered.
