Default Brake vacuum source

Just getting around to the final plumbing on my irtb setup and I have just realised that I no longer have a source for my brake booster! Would it be ok to just tap one runner for it or would I have to daisy chain all of the runners?

I doubt it will have any effect on the mixture for the one cylinder but will one cylinder produce enough suck to run the booster?

Thanks

I would think that you need to source from all four to have proper vacuum level.

You could always do one and if you slam into a tree at full speed or blow your engine up, you'll know you need to do all four.

It's highly probable that I will do both of those anyway. How will I know if it was the booster?

There is a naturally aspirated forum in the power section of miata.net where several within talk about IRTBs. I would go forth and seek the answer there. Maybe clubroadster too since IIRC there are some IRTB people there too but they seem to be more into da mad tyte bling blings yo.

My maaaad tyte googling skills turned up a few people who run just one and some who run all 4 cylinders. The general consensus seems to be that if one cylinder doesn't produce as much suck as barbycar's mom then either add more cylinders or a larger vacuum accumulator.

I'm gonna go with one for now because a) I'm lazy b) one incarnation of keiths targa miata ran ok using just one cylinder.

I'll post some results when I have them.
