Buzzing from TPS after Flyin Miata 1.6 VTPS upgrade kit installation

Buzzing from TPS after Flyin Miata 1.6 VTPS upgrade kit installation **FIXED**
Tried to do some research on this but could not find anything anywhere so figured i would make a post to see if anyone else has had this issue.
So i have a 91 1.6 miata with just a bolt on greddy turbo kit with all the supporting mods and a MS3 Pro PNP. I just installed the VTPS upgrade kit from Flyin Miata with the BMW sensor it comes with. After installation and calibration i started the engine and now there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the TPS and gets quieter when throttle is applied, does not buzz when key is in accessory position. I did put a screw driver onto the sensor and used it as a sensor and used it a stethoscope to pin point noise from the sensor.
The sensor reads just fine on tuner studio and the engine runs fine but there is just the loud buzzing from the sensor. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? Also i did not fully clamp down the intercooler pipe that goes from the throttle body to the intercooler just so i can start it and make sure it works, could it possibly be a vacuum leak that would make it buzz?
**UPDATE**
Decided to finish the car and button everything up, no more noise now. I guess having the pipes not all the way on caused the sensor to freak out i guess. i should have just finished it all at once lol!
