Default COP and Link ECU

I have a COP system on my built 1.8L and the coils keep burning out. Always cylinder #2. I took some temps off the top of the coils after driving home from a track day were the coil failed again and found the other three still working coils about 225*. I know about adjusting the dwell from reading posts, but my Link dosen't have the capability. So, is there a way to run my link and these COP reliably on track? Maybe a heat sink set-up or something. I don't want to buy another ECU. I can run on the street all day long and autocross, just can't track the car.

You need a dwell reducer circuit. I think Boundary engineering still sells them. There is a thread on it somewhere.
