Crank no start 1.6 91 diy turbo
I have 1991 miata turbocharged it cranks but doesn't start fuel relay/pump works new battery installed please help

It's been over 12 years, so bear with me.
But you're picturing the connector to the coilpack and CAS.
The coilpack seems to have the correct Red/White, White, and Blue wires still attached, So that Red wire is probably from that same loom and coming from the ignitor to the CAS.
in other words: you don't have spark.
