Default Engine rattle after wastegate porting

Sup my dudes got an nb2 turbo with the kraken kit and 3 inch down pipe .Recently removed my gt2560r to port the waste gate to help with boost creep. Since, i've reinstalled it and i'm getting a nasty vibration/rattle whenever.

At the begining I inspected if the exhaust was rattling on anything and discovered it was touching all of my butterfly braces and the front subframe. So I loosened up my amnifold to turbo nuts and shifte the turbo upwards(taking as much of the stud slack i could)
And it seemed to solve a part of the problem.

There no rattling at idle but when i rev the engine its seems like around 3800 to 4k i get a resonance and whenever i go wot i get a nasty ratlle/resonance

*NOTE before i removed the turbo this rattle was present but only in first gear wot situation and verry slightly

*other note, engine is fully built and assembly including crank balanced + fluid damper

Anybody has an idea of what it could be? Did the waste gate porting could cause this kind of resonance?

Mine was doing the same thing. When wot above 4k the motor was flexing/tilting too much. The downpipe was touching the shelf/ledge that sticks out when above 4k. I had to reposition my turbo and bend the shelf a bit. Now it has like 1/2 inch of clearance and doesn't make the vibration noise.

you think stiffer mounts could prevent this?

Yes I had awr poly mounts 62 duro and there was no vibrations but recently one of the mounts ripped causing it to flex more so I had to do the modification. Or you can do the modification and keep the stock mounts. Just make sure your stock mounts arent shot cause itll cause the noise either way
