2002 miata turbo with skunk2, square top and adaptronic ecu

they start and idle fine but they dont want to rev over 3200rpm my afr become a bit more rich and boost look like they go up a bit

i instal new coil new wire new trigger wheel, crank and cam sensor but nothing change???

i need suggestion where to search...

 

Taking a total shot in the dark here. MAF?

 

Might seem ridiculous but if it's dirty or anything of the sort it can cause that issue. a Simple cleaning Might do the trick.
