Default Head Gaskets

Is there a post about the pros and cons of certain head gaskets?

What should I use? What are the benifits of the Metal gaskets? There is a wide varity, how do you choose. I have a 91 car with a GReddy kit on it.

Are the cometic ones good, Can they be reused? What are the negatives?

Thanks

Ashley

I had problems with reusing cometic head gasket. They don't seem to seal properly. I replaced them with felpro ones and have not had any problems since then

using a brand new oem head gasket, with new cylinder head bolts, shoved 14psi for about 300miles, and that happened.head freshly decked.torqued to mazda specs,3 steps and what not

dont re-use a cometic too, it's a 50/50 chance

felpro and cometic your best bet
