Help! Won't start.

I was doing my usual spring mods. This spring it was the coolant re-route. Got her all back together and she won't start. The only thing I can think of that was an intrusive part of the mod was the extension of the coolant sensor wires. Cut the sensor off and soldered 10" extensions with heat shrink covers. All seemed to go well. But, would not start.

First question is, there is a small sensor above the coolant sensor on the back of the head about the cam location on the drivers side. Two wires go to it and then there is a two wire ground that is located on the bracket. What is this? I cannot find it any where in the maint. manual. ( I have the complete manual) There is power on one side of this harness.

I have good fuel pressure at the #2 pulse damper. I have good spark, new battery, the CKS gap is .020. I have RPM during crank. No obvious air or vacuum leaks. It is like the injectors are not getting power. No evidence of fuel on the plugs. Starter fluid sprayed at the filter will cause her to fire off.

Also, I had the turbo manifold planed and installed new inconel studs and locks, so all of that was removed and replaced, too.

Cannot find anything that makes sense. Imobilizer????? When you turn on the ignition you can hear and feel the injectors cycle. WHAT IS GOING ON??????

Thanks for the link. That does not apply to my situation. I am using the Exede piggy back. I am guessing it has to do with something I did on the coolant re-route. Going to disassemble and start over, looking for pinched wire or bad ground.

Still worth double checking the plug wire routing no matter what you're using.
