Did the Hydra folks fix how it outputs duty cycle with the newer versions? If not, the 60% that you're seeing isn't really 60%.

No. It is still a "feature" that 100% duty in hydra is actualy 80% in reality.
As of v2.6. Not sure about v2.7.

Btw public thanks to Jay again for all his advice on my build.

FailFlora the solution to your fueling issue is just to hook up 4 bosch fuel pumps and have each one just directly feed into injector port. I think you are way beyond needing injectors.

I did a freeway pull against Sean's old black miata on my cbr last summer and he was looking at me doing 80-90ish on the freeway when his tires broke traction. He's been posting on Facebook about high comp 12:1ish and a huge turbo for his new miata.

As I've said before, those 680's of yours were some of the worst injectors I've ever worked with.

ID1000s at ~87% duty cycle and 72.5psi base pressure flow 1,000cc/min each. Click for proof.

4000cc/min is 386.4lb/hr of gasoline

BSFC = 0.55lb/hp-hr

386/0.55 = 701.82bhp

Their "ratings" are not exactly spot on and don't exactly apply to every car/setup.
Just my .02
Their ratings are posted in detail on their website at various voltages and pressures. I've never seen another injector company provide as much data/info as ID on their injectors. If you think their "ratings" aren't spot on, you've obviously never actually seen the data.
