Default I Quit smoking but my car didn’t!!!

Hey guys I’m hoping to find some help here about my cars smoking issue.
it has 180k km
since I’ve swapped the b6 into my car
A few things I’ve done include
-New gaskets from valve cover to cylinder head to oil pan
-oem valve seals

when I first got the car compression was 170 171 164 169
no leak down test though..The valve cover and oil pan leaked the motor smoked on start up, long story short I ended up with new gaskets and getting oem valve seals in there, and no more smoke

after gaskets and seals compression is now around 181 on all 4 cylinders
and leak down test at 100psi is 5% +/- 2, On all cylinders. only a Really faint hiss from the oil cap for each, which I think is normal.

So When I drive the car and accelerate it will hesitate a bit between 2000and 3500 rpm but then surge off good after that but emits a noticeable cloud of blue smoke
but the stumbling/surging and smoke slowly goes away after about 5min of driving,
what could this be?
maybe partly gummed up oil rings?
any help welcome

Edit” forgot to mention the sparkplugs are mostly good except cyl 4 is oil fouled, and the tops of the pistons are noticeably wet with what smells like oil for the most part

No need for any responses, my cars symptoms are almost the same as In This post https://www.miataturbo.net/general-m...l-23655/page2/
I’m sure it’s stuck oil rings
I think I am going to go ahead and pull the motor out and do new rings and bearings

Check the exhaust valve guides.

Guides were good when I initially had the head off to do the valve seals
