Default Leakdown Results

Got a motor with a leakdown result on cylinder 4 to be 10%. Cylinder 1 is 2%, cylinder 2 is 4% and cylinder 3 is 6%. My only concern is cylinder 4 right now. Engine is in a crate (so these are cold numbers) but I want to get it shipped to me and these are the numbers I got. Compression results are great as well. Plan on turboing right when I swap the engine in so I was wondering if those leakdown results are fine?

Great numbers from a used engine in the crate!
Often a used engine will show crappy leak downs until you get it warmed up and the valves cleaned off from the junk that can accumulate from sitting open.
Those are pretty good numbers for a used engine HOT.
I'd run as is but recheck after a few minutes of operation.

Ok, so should I go for it? lol Sorry, I'm just pretty skeptical about buying an engine in general and would like to see if other people would be comfortable boosting an engine like this with similar compression and leak-down results, of course taking into account that these are COLD numbers. Just for extra info, compression is 170,165,165,170
