Manley H-beam wrist pin burr
 

I just finished doing my final rod bearing clearance measurements and noticed a small brass shaving inside one of the small end / wrist pin oiling holes. While cleaning the shaving out and checking all rods I notice that the inside of the wrist pin bearings have pretty sharp burrs where the oil hole comes through. See attached picture for clarification. You can't see the burr, but it is sharp enough and protruding enough that my fingers get scratched when I run them through the openings.

Can I de-burr these holes? Or is this acceptable?

Yes, you should deburr when you find machining "left overs".
It's part of the build process.
Don't take more than it takes to make it smooth to the touch.
Pin bores have tight clearances.
