Default Problem with idle after Skunk2 manifold and tb install

I installed my Skunk2 manifold and throttle body today and once I finally got everything bolted up and wired in I started the car and it idled fairly normal. It needed to be tuned slightly but was definitely drivable. I then turned it off to check that everything was okay and when I started it again it shot up to about 3500 RPM. It seemed like a vacuum leak but the gaskets appear fine and I took the manifold off and put it back on again with less stuff in the way to make sure the bolts were all tight. I just finished that and now its at 4000 RPM. Not sure what to try next...

The butterfly sticks open on the skunk 2. There is a mod you can do where you drill a new hole for the spring to sit in. There is a good write up I saw somewhere a Google search should bring you to it.

The necessary fixes for the Junk2 TB are well documented on here. FWIW I think I am on my third, and haven't had an issue (after following those steps).

I can't comment on the manifold, never used one.
