Rod weights - comparison is tricky

Rod weights - comparison is tricky
The info is so vague, they don't tell you if it includes the bolts or not. Do you think it is safe to assume the bolts are excluded if not explicitly stated?
K1 - 490g
Eagle - 535g
Scat - 547g with bolts
I was going to go for the Eagle rods but a friend of mine pointed out that they were quite heavy compared to the K1 rods.
Do you guys know what the weight of the stock BP rods are? I have read around 540g?
