Default Should I leave it apart or put it back together?

I am going to be selling a 2000 head complete intake and fuel rail.
The head is apart right now some mild polishing has been done on the combustion chamber and intake side. Just the ruff spots on the casting were smoothed out. I have new valve seals and a gasket set to sell with this head I also have the fuel rail wiring harness to go with it.
The question is should I lap the Valves and put the head back together to sell it? Or sell it apart. I know I would want to buy it apart because I would want to put it together myself but am not sure what most people would want.

i know most people on here probably don't mind assembling it themselves, however every group of buyers has different wants

I have all the parts in zip lock bags with all parts labeled to go back exactly where they came from even the keepers will go back where they lived for the last 37,000 miles.
