= 8.6 with a penny welded to the top?

That's what the middle circle reminds me of.

 

I can't remember if mine came with that penny looking thing on the top or not. Ill try and dig up some pictures. Mine came out to 8.6:1 when i had it CCed.

According to NoLimit and Supertech mine are 9@1:
