yet another spacerless re route
I just wanted to post up some pics on my progress of my spacerless re route. Unfortunatly its being ran on the hot side. I'll post up any effects when the motor is back into the car. The car went down and snapped a rod. It now has a new block with honed cylinders, multi angle valve job, CE forged pistons and eagle rods come sometime next week to be droped in, and acl race main and rod bearings. I couldnt find a good deal from any one who had 83mm pistons so i went with this combo for a little under 800 for pistons and rods.

Sweet. Going to be keeping an eye on this thread
BTW: regarding what we discussed in PM
The way I'm planning to drill mine is like this:
for the heater feed.
As for the sensor that location you told me about works perfect, so no need to drill for that.
I'll be using the stock miata waterneck pointing up piping going around the cold side though

the stock front waterneck right?. what do you plan on doing about clearance for the coils packs? Also, is it me or is the back of that head completly differnt from mine? I didn't think there were any differences between 99 and 00 engines.

i think if you re locate it, you might have to extend the wires to the water temp sensor, not a big deal though. It should only take about 5 mins to do. I was thinking about re locating the coils myself but I just got new wires, and i dont think they will be long enough to relocate the coils by the fender. But here is an unfinished crude block off plate for the front of the waterneck.
