Yes, it's part of the super damper. According to Keith@FM, it is a part that you only get if you buy the super damper from FM. It bolts to the back of the pulley around the timing gear part and keeps the belt on.

he prob had it laying around and overlooked it when doing his install. he went drag racing tonight so maybe he will post up some new times the track he was at is shitty as hell anyway though no traction. But we shall see.

I was going to the valley, I was just going to spectate, and I didn't end up going anyway. I didn't want to drive my car that far from home yet.
