DIY Air intake.
While I'm waiting for my MSPNP I'm going to give my hand at DIY cool air intake. I was thinking something maybe dropped and short. (dropped maybe from the intake manifold near the fan). would it be safe to move the MAF sensor? or can I do the swap to IAT sensor with the stock ECU? any advice is good advice.

I sell cold air boxes for NBs. Bolt on installation, no cutting or drilling. This is a pic of the prototype, current boxes are made of thicker aluminum. PM me if you are interested.

The flex hose is not smooth on the inside. I would expect that a smooth intake would have better flow, and I eventually did make intake piping from silicone and aluminum elbows. That hose is commonly used on hotside and coldside supercharger kits. I don't supply the hose, it was what I used on my coldside kit when I had it.
