Default Valve spring choices

Supertech or Eibach?

Any real life experiences as to how they stack up against each other?

Or, any other brand suggestions?

I will be using a "single spring" set, regardless of the brand I go with.

I would suggest Supertech we include them i all our race blocks standard.
