Default What did I blow in my engine?

So I recently swapped out my head gasket on my 1993 turbo miata with megasquirt because the car was overheating bad and there was combustion gas in the coolant. I put in a new oem head gasket and also some new head studs. I was driving it for about a week and it was ok at first. I was then driving it and I saw white smoke coming from under the hood and I saw blue tinted smoke out of the exhaust. Also, every time I hit the gas a would hear a rattle noise coming from the engine. The car then died and would not start back up again it would just crank slowly. I checked my dipstick and had very low oil and also low coolant. I pulled the head and ordered a cometic head gasket. My question is does that mean its a head gasket problem and maybe I lost compression or did I blow a piston ring? Also I had problems with the timing where I set the megasquirt to fixed timing and put a jumper wire on the diagnostic port thing but the mark on my crank pulley was jumping. If anyone has any insight on what is happening to my car please let me know. Thank you!

Have you done a leak down test?

Did you have the head resurfaced before installing with the new head gasket?

Are you reusing stock head studs?

Did you check base timing when installing megasquirt?

What are the results of your compression test?

They're round and metally.
