Changing harmonic damper after engine build?

Changing harmonic damper after engine build?
So I've been searching and can't find much info on this topic here. I have over 10,000 miles and 10 hours of track time running a 7,800RPM redline on my motor since building the bottom end and it has been running great.
I currently am running a Supermiata damper with a 4T trigger wheel and utilizing a MS2e by Rev. I and switching to a MS3, switching to a full sequential ignition set up and using the boost to 18-19.
Seeing as how the rotating assembly was balanced with the SM damper, how bad would it be to switch to a ATI damper at this point so I could utilize the FM 36-2T trigger wheel?

Only problem with that is that I know Rev's megasquirt's are all proprietary and he's adamant that the only other TW that will work is FM's.(or one that is exactly identical to it)

I thought about this but if the two dampers weigh different amounts would there still be an issue in regards to negative effects from changing dampers. MY rotating assembly was balanced with the SM damper, will changing to an ATI damper without the assembly being re-balanced hurt my motor?

It shouldn't affect it. My rotating assembly was balanced as well with the OEM damper in place and I don't foresee any issues cropping up from it.
As Pat says, they are balanced internally.
