Default When should you consider an upgraded damper like ATI?

Quick question. When would it be ideal to add an upgraded damper to your engine? My plans are to shoot for around 225hp on my 2000 with a hotside tvs900. My use of the car will be a fun car for the summer and maybe get into tracking but that is a big maybe. I'm not looking for high hp or to be always in the upper rpms so with that said do I need one or is there money better spent elsewhere for now?

I would think to upgrade the oil pump before the damper.
Guess it would depend on what all your doing.

^ This.

I have the Boundary oil pump and am over 300 WHP and still have the stock damper for well over 10 years with no issues.

Would RPM be also a factor in choosing to add an ATI damper?
