Default where to buy Bosch LSU 4.9 O2 sensors

I just fried my O2 sensor again after about a year of service. I'm running the Innovate LC-2 which uses the Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor. DIYautotune sells them, Innovate sells them, heck, I can get them on Amazon. But I can't seem to find these in stock in any parts store. Has anyone found them in stock anywhere? I need to drive my car Monday morning...

Thanks for the responses. I realize my original post isn't very clear. Does anyone know if these are sold over the counter anywhere, or are they pretty much exclusively available online? I'd love to swing by 949, but it's like 1200 miles each way...

I suppose I can drive without ego correction, but the pucker factor will be high. What **** timing. I just sold my other car today. Murphy's law in action.
