Do it. It would the queerest BRG ever. Make sure you do the inner seat panels while you're at it, and the door panels.

the only person I could see getting away with that material on a miata top/interior has "Scotland Forever" tattooed on his forearm.

no one "gets away" with anything Berberry, or anything this queer in general. If you're 17 year old top doesn't have duct tape residue, a glued in vinyl window, and ghetto patch/tape jobs, then you're not winning at life.

The only way I'll ever get another top is if insurance paid for it, and I had nothing else to spend that $700 on...but a green top would be super cool on my car.

fwiw. a used '99 glass top/frame cost me < $400 from the local miata junkyard a few years back. rain rail included.

it's the ONLY way to go...

If a top was required, it would be a custom made green one. Actually, I don't know if I can use a glass top with the harness bar.

Will they let you wear a kilt at the race track? I'm sure there's a custom top shop that could do it for you. It'd make Philip's day to see you do it! Don't know if it'd bring instant bannage or hysterical laughter.

Did you see last months? Apparently loosing 100+ lbs and painting your car pink makes its special.
