Default 1.6L Megan Racing Manifold +T25 $100+shipping

If the price is to high let me know.

The manifold is clean doesn't look like its been mounted. T25 has a small (less than 1/16in) amount of axial shaft play but none sideways, also has the waste gate welded shut and needs the clamping ring that holds on the exhaust side.

I will also trade towards a 1.8l manifold.

Sorry about the poor pics, if you need better let me know and I'll see what I can do.

When I was in high school I had wet dreams about the yamaha seca 650 turbo. You should post up some pix, I'd like to see them. I would immagine it's a rare bike these days.

Damn, I want both but how were you going to control exhaust then? Hack on an external wastegate?

get a decent external wastegate (tial) and put a flange on ;p
done

Then get a chra, and you've got a decent cheap setup ;p

Rebuild kit for 70 = new turbo, essentially ^^
(CHRA might come with the rebuild?)
gpopshop is the place to go

I have another t25 that isn't welded, this one was included in the sale and I don't really need two. Gompers' solution works though.

Shipping is about $20 to NC according to UPS

I do know but I'm doing it anyway for cheap-***-ed-ness. I've got a MIG and I'd rather reinforce the welds and run it than build my own out of weld-els for now.

Yeah seriously. It's pretty to look at, but that's about it.

DragonsMaw- If you have a mig and you can weld and fit pipes anywhat, build one. If you do a 1/4 *** decent job you'll have a bullet proof manifold. Where as with this one you will have to brace it, reweld all the welds, then reweld again when it cracks, etc. In the long run, it will actually be easier and less time to just make a new one.

Would it be worth it for the flanges alone?

turbo w/o welded wastegate is not for sale, gotta have one to put on my car when I finally do get a manifold that fits : )

I'd also rather just let the whole thing go together.

Look at that awsome design, 1 STRAIGHT into 4 Then 90* into the turbo. 2 and 3 are in the middle of nowhere 90* into 1 and 4.

I had a Megan header on my Prelude, and it held up fine and looked great for 2 years or so. Of course thats not a turbo manifold, so I cant say. I would imagine braced up it would probably work for a while.
