These were cleaned and flow tested 2 years ago when I bought them, no I don't have the paperwork, but it's better than 15 year old injectors without any cleaning. Two of them are missing both the o-rings, but can be transferred from your current injectors, which is what I had to do when I dropped in my 460's.
