Default Turbo Manifolds and Misc. Fab

For some time now I have been doing fabrication work, mostly IC piping, downpipe, wastegate dumps, etc. Most of this was from local guys, but I have a few interested in manifolds and such on here, so I might as well make a formal post of it. I have the ability to make whatever is needed, but I think my main focus will be turbo manifolds, possibly downpipes. Let me know if there is any interest, as most of these will made to order.

I made the one on my car, but lets just say it wasn't easy. So you are looking for a pipe that comes out from the TB and goes down a bit, to connect your other IC piping to? What material?

Yes, that is exactly what i'm looking for. I am thinking SS (Will regular steel be okay? I figure the inside would get surface rust eventually.)

I build my own stuff but if I were goin to do more than a couple for various DIY setups.... I'd make a generic any-turbo setup. You figure you can leave some length in the dp where the exducer would be or maybe make some modular 90's to fit various flanges. and then build the header with no flange and then fit up whatever one you want... maybe make a flangeless header that you can just stitch on a flange when you have a buyer.

if that's feasible. they'd have to ship you the turbo to finish it all up.

I think a T3 with Stainless runners and an external wastegate runs in the $375 range.

That would be for a Log style. I have the ability to make both.

Think you could clone your TB inlet? I still haven't made one for myself.. It would save me alot of time.

I can use a greddy replacement as well, and i'm looking for something that would be an upgrade to the regular one, but hopefully not as pricy as the etd. let me know, cause if i'm ordering the oil line i might as well do both at the same time.

Sorry guys, I hadn't noticed any threads in here for awhile. I can make just about whatever you want, I just need something to base it off of. And it will take a bit of time to design, make, etc. I dont have anything in stock really, except most of the materials. Let me know what you want and if you have any drawings or models..that kinda show what you are looking for.

could you do a t3 manifold and downpipe for a 1.8? I'm interested...if it can be beefy enough so I don't have to worry about it cracking.

I'd also consider a dp for an hks manifold.

I'd be really interested in a downpipe that could mate a 1.8l HKS manifold/Greddy Td04h turbo to the stock 94-97 1.8l cat.
