Since the attachments are really starting to eat into my storage and bandwidth I have turned them off for registerred users. I have also limited the PM box to 50 PM's to save space for registerred users, lastly I have limited avatars to 100x100 pixels.

If you wish to support the site costs and have access to attach images, store more PM's, and have a larger 150x150 avatar, you can go into the 'User CP' click on paid subscriptions, and subscribe for about 3.50 a month to offset the costs associated with those features.
