Has the signature length been modified? I tried to remove some info from my signature and it says that there are too many lines. Keep in mind I am trying to shorten my signature.

 

Make sure you haven't introduced any line breaks into all that text...several lines worth of uninterrupted text is okay, but multiple lines with line breaks in between won't work.

Line breaks = hitting Enter on your keyboard.

You sure? Because all i tried to do was change a 0 to a 3 because I upped my boost from 10 to 13 and it said my sig was too long.

 

I still can't edit my sig. I can erase half the lines add a word, and nothing will save. My sig has said "swap in progress" for a year now while I've been running my 1.8.

EDIT: I had to delete two lines in my sig to get it to save. Something changed at some point.

I don't get how other people have longer sigs. What I have as a sig is about -to the letter- as long as I can get it?

 

I also had an issue about a month ago when I tried to update my sig.

^^^That's a good idea! however, a real "boss" would have matched the text background color with the forum background color. Once I raise you, I'm done having kids.

He means make a .jpg of what you want as your sig and use that. :P

The little compression fuzzies on Reverent's sig have always bugged me, to be honest.

 

Don't blame me, blame whoever decided to converted sig pics hosted elsewhere, to .gifs hosted here, even though the .gifs are worse quality and bigger in filesize.

The original was a .png that had a transparent background.
