iTrader Feedback Problem

Every time I try to leave feedback for a user I get this:

I've tried multiple times with two different users, any ideas?

Found the answer on another forum:

Not something I have seen anywhere else.

I just discovered this on Sunday.

I am having this same problem. I put a comment in the private portion and it still gives the error. Does anybody have any insight on this issue?
