it works. it just works better for some.

he just posted a link to a gif, i then made that a smilie :dealwithit:, about 3 seconds before I posted it.

 

basically Scott messed up.

I mean hustler's gif was animated, but the smiley was not.

But I just remembered that's not the first time that has happened. There are times when a lot of the animated smileys don't animate for me until I click on them or highlight them.
