Well, when I try to subscribe to a thread, it doesn't show up in my User CP if thats what you mean.

I'm talking about the instant email notification for subscribed threads. Haven't received a single thing today.

it's only instant the first time. if there are 20 replies and you haven't visited the site, you will not see the last 19...

All I know is that I would get those first notifications up until 2 days ago. Now I'm not receiving anything at all from this site and I'm pretty sure it's not something on my end.

Last notification I received was 3:32am on 1/14.

Subscribed threads have since been updated and pm's have been delivered to me. No email notifications.

I'm not getting notifications either. Tuesday was the last time I got one, and I've had several PM's since then and no emails. Haven't changed any of those settings either.

I don't think so. I switched emails after the fact and it still isn't sending me anything. So it would appear that it's totally on your end.
