pics concern

i can not uplaod pics, it state file sis 868 or something and it can not be bigger than 396, i can not find where upload or delete pics, help me

Sounds like you need to resize your pictures.... 868k is a pretty big picture..

then make them smaller. there is no need to be uploading pics that are almost a meg each.
