Would it be possible to make it a rule or feature to have everyone put the state the car resides in, in the title? Would make searching for local stuff much easier.

My thought is that there aren't THAT many cars that get listed here and let's face it, we all read all of the 'cars for sale' ads, anyway. It's only smart for the OP to list the location but if he doesn't, the second post will be "nice car, location?" anyway.

Make a rule, and someone will need to enforce it. I doubt the moderators would want to take on the responsibility of checking up on every one.
