Yes, go to the meet and greet section, introduce yourself, post pics of totalled car. Reply to posts until you get to ten.

Or you could just tell us ITT what you have and we will decide whether you and your **** is worthy.

+1.

80% of people join, make a few shitty posts, then sell their **** and leave. Makes MT look like a bunch of bitches (we are though I guess).

well to be honest, i struggle sometimes with this site. its a little to overweling, but i did come across Miataturbo.wikidot.com/ and that was a big help. least from my perspective on having very little idea on how to set a a turbo system and there being so many diffrent ways to make power, its just messy compared to other more traditional sites. but unlike other sites, peoples versions of modifications here have a tendency to use a saw and maby blow a motor compared to "dude i got new chrome valve stems" like m.net

It's there for a reason. I, like many others, have been scammed online. If a 10 post limit is going to drive you away, so be it.

i can understand and respect that but i i would be hard pressed to start ten post on a site for turbo miatas when i have a turbo but no miata. but to make things better i guess my father did something along the same lines in his austin healy in his youth, so i know its genetic

Why not take the insurance money from your totaled Miata and buy another?

Reverse time travel is not possible, forward time travel (if at all possible) has not yet been discovered...

Think about it...have you ever seen anyone from the future?

I used to think we should just let people come on in to avoid the thread clutter, but my recent dealing with drive-thru buyers/sellers have convinced me otherwise.

Every sale I've made to a forum regular has gone just swimmingly, but I consistently catch crap from the newbage. I'm pretty sure it's not just me, and I hope the guys that I've done business with can back me up on this.

Our FS section should be with known quantities, that are active in our community, and are known to be trustworthy. The drive thru guys have no obligation to keep a transaction on the level.

If I wanted to buy and sell to complete strangers I'd go to eBay, where I can actually put up auction rules and expect people to stick to them or pound sand. I SHOULD NOT have to post that ridiculous disclaimer I've built up over the past few months.

So OP, I'm sorry, but experience tells me you need to get lost. I know you want to part a car out, but you'll have to go elsewhere to do it. This channel is only open if you've been here, been active, and are willing to play by the rules.
