What can you guys tell me about my results ! So I can't pass smog this is my results .. I re did my timing belt because it was off by a tooth in exhaust side. I also reset my timing to 10 degrees. New plugs .. sea foamed the car , what else can I check

Okay so this is how I attempted this . I soldered the 1st pin to the green area there . Middle pin stayed in same place ,1st and 3rd pin were jumped together but I couldn’t figure out were pin 3 could be soldered , again I had trouble figuring out the diagram .
