I could fly the helicopters all day.

I love the chopper (ask Rick). I fly circles around n00bs, but now that they fixed the tracer dart it's easier to get shot down.

whatever. i played 1942, we had huge LAN games of it in college. when I got Bad Company 2 I was like this game is very familiar and i was like oh yeah.

Yeah, I loved 1942... Modern Combat was better. 2042 was... well it was bull shit.

I have BC 2 on the 360 or I'd play with you guys as well...

My brother got BC 2 for the PC and said the lag was just garbage. But I already had it for the 360 anyway.

I wanna know when Battle Field: World at War is coming out?

Never had an issue with lag, dunno. I just hate how many shots it takes to kill someone.

it does get annoying when you unload on someone, specifically a medic, and then they tap the nozzle once and you're dead and then when you die they have like 1% health remaining. I swear medics are invincible.

Play Hardcore mode. You'll never have that problem again.

I always play hardcore, but Rick cant handle not having a mini map, crosshairs and spotting.. n00b.

Been playing BF2 A LOT lately since I finally got my gaming rig shipped here. I'll have to check out BC2. The player base just isn't what it was on BF2. No one even plays Special Forces anymore. Except for some Russian servers. Hello high ping.

BFBC2 is tits. I bought it for PC after playing it on my buddies ps3. I am fireindc, just like my SN on here. I have both steam and BC2, but steam wont let me link the retail serial key to my account.

On a side note, what kind of machines do you guys have, and what FPS do you run on bc2?

On my machine with my new gtx460, max graphics, and a Pentium dual core overclocked to 3.5ghz i get around 40fps. Good enough for me.

I need to get this. Last game I bought and played the shit out of on PC was probably ARMA, which kicks my machines ass. This looks to have a similar gameplay, and probably much easier on the components so I can play maxed out without looking at a PP presentation of frames.

It's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more forgiving to your computer than Arma.

Good. I was starting to feel bad when my brand new, nearly top of the line (as of a year ago) computer was smoking trying to play ARMA. I can't believe how awesome that game can look.

I got tired of keeping up with computer technology to run the newest games. Building a new computer every 2 years is expensive. My current is 2.3Ghz 64 bit AMD, 2Gb DDR2, and an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT with 1Gb I think. Seemed amazing when I built it two years ago, and it probably was. For a month.

you know what I hate? if you're in the chopper and use the impact wrench, you take the bird down fast; you cannot repair it in mid flight. but if you land you can repair it while inside. annoying.

i dislike no mini map.

What... Last time I played you could use the wrench inside the chopper... While flying.

nope, i tried it the other day and we diedz. same thing with the UAV, had a teammate fly it over to me for repairs and i killed it...it needs to be on the ground as well.
