So I came across this after scanning my PC to see if I still had Red Alert installed. And I found out CNCnet.org offers free downloads of the old games. Pretty Cool!
The software used allows for online game play, regular skirmish vs AI, LAN Games and some map editors. They even offer resolution sizes with 720p, 1080p, but I kept mine at 720p instead due to how small everything was on 1080p.
There are also some mods down at the bottom, I will be checking those out as well.

Looks like, everything except RA2 is free since EA Games hasn't made RA2 free for download. They only give you a download that patches up your current game to modern setup so you can have all the features they provide (online,later OS support, high resolutions etc)
