When the last of the Intellimouse 1.1s are gone, and society collapses into chaos and anarchy, I'm gonna be the one guy sitting fat and happy in his armored bunker, playing TF2 with the best mouse ever. (and two or three still left in the box.) I seriously don't know why Microsoft didn't just shoot all of the designers after they created this one. There's no possible way it can be improved upon, short of including a free blow-job from Grace Park with every purchase. |

When you finally own the very last intellimouse 1.1, will it REALLY be enough?

Hell, I myself once thought that the mx518 could not possible be improved in any way; I was wrong. |

It is becoming largely apparent that you haven't used any decent ($40+) mouse from Logitech in the last 5 years or so. :)

Would you use a ball mouse if it had one button on each side?

You ask this as though it were a ludicrous question, and yet I used to use a ball-mouse every day until this past August. Not because I wanted to, mind you, but because the surface of the desk in my lab was of a texture which confounded every optical mouse which I tried to use on it, and I absolutely abhor mouse pads. They still sell ball-mice at Fry's, so I went and bought one. Worked perfectly, and I just needed to castrate it once every few months and give it a proper cleaning. They're honestly not all that horrible so long as you keep them clean. Heck, back when the first couple of generations of FPS games came out, we didn't know any different. |

To be fair, the original Amiga mouse was not the best example of the breed. It worked ok when new, but it was cheaply made from sub-standard components, and the buttons tended to wear out quickly. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1387727200 |

my G300 has multiple buttons, that are all programmable. You can also change the DPI of the laser. |
Don't bother trying to change Joe. Just pretend he's trying to convince himself that building a 1.6L is a smart idea because they are more "revvy" and lighter. Then it will all make sense to you.
