From my searching, it looks like the best option to mount APR mirrors on a NA/NB are mounts like the ones from R-Theory. However the mirror position on the NA's is further back on the door vs the NB so w/ aftermarket mirrors, it looks like they would really stink for visibility since it would sit right in front of the window track.

Are there any NB specific mounts for APR mirrors or does anyone have any ideas?

Pics are from R Theory's site. I couldn't find any close pics on a NB to see how it would look.

I purchased a set with those mounts. I couldn't see **** on the passenger side. They looked cool, but I returned them.

An alternative is the Magical Racing RR mirrors. They have convex glass, so your field of view is much better than the APR (had APRs; couldn't see ****). The price of them has gone WAY up, whether due to popularity or exchange rate, but there are reps ... whether they have convex glass or not should be confirmed prior to purchase.

IMO, they also flow with the miata sheet metal better. I made my own brackets which mount to the OEM fastening point out of .25" 6061 aluminum.

Same. Not happy with mine at all.

I had Craft Square mirrors on my S2000 years ago. They were fantastic. They're insanely expensive now though.

Ouch yeah. These mirrors are nice but damn they are pricey.

I think I'm just going to stick with stock mirrors. lol, too much money to shave 5 lbs and even if they do look sexy.
