No awd 323 is going to be the fastest 323. The awd system is a piece of **** in those cars, any serious drag racer with a 323 just rolls with fwd and slicks. I know there are a few 9 sec klze/FE turbos in pueto rico, likely a BP aswell, but I can't recall atm.

I remember at least 1 Pueto Rican bp being in the 9's >600whp fwd in a 323 with funny super thin rear tires, there was another fe powered one I knew of.

I have heard of a project involving a miata drive train, some awd 323 parts and a regular 323 to make a rwd drag car.

The gtr guys do gear box swaps with awd celicas and evos, the mazda boxes are weak. Funny the engine can make stupid power but the box breaks with stock power. My fwd 323 with gtx swap at 14psi was fine for 3 years and 60000km on a 200000km stock 323 trans (f-type) then I broke a spider gear on the way to school......

Probably around 800 or so if you are running the right type of gas and are north of 60 degrees latitude-- cold air makes the track stiffer.

Is it ------s or fagots? You spelled it both ways. You're mean too.

I honestly felt a small tinge of guilt banning a fellow gator.

But it passed.

All the highest ETs listed on DragTimes.com seem to be with 2.0 F engines
Mazda 1/4 Mile Drag Racing Timeslips - DragTimes.com
but there are not that many times listed...
